Con molto piacere vi trasmetto copia di una Tav\in data 18 della cadente luna che vengo di ricevere dal G.. Seg. d'Inghilterra.
Detta Tav\mi da la lieta nuova che il M\Ven\Pro\G\M\; Sua Signoria il Conte di Carnarvon, ha deciso di riconoscere la G\L\di Egitto, in quanto ha rapporto ai tre gradi Appr\Comp\e Maes\.
Resta pero inteso che la G\Log\d'Egitto riconosce pienamente ed ammette i diritti ed i privilegi delle Off\ gia esistenti sotto l'obb\della G\Log\d'Inghilterra.

My dear Sir & W. Brother,
I beg to acknowledge receipt of your favours of the 29th April and 24th Ult. and beg now to inform you that the Most Worshipful Pro Grand Master the Earl of Carnarvon has decided to recognise the Grand Lodge of Egypt so far as the degrees of EA. ; F\C.; M.M.; are concerned, this decision being based upon the satisfactory report you have made.
It must of course be understood that the rights and privileges of the lodges, at present working under the English Constitution, are to be fully recognized and acknowledged by the Grand Lodge of Egypt; The Most Worshipful Pro Grand Master does not consider any interchange of representatives necessary, as all business can be carried on between the regular Officers of each Grand Lodge.
I shall feel obliged if you will communicate the foregoing to the Grand Master of Egypt, and if you will favour me with his name and address, I will write him officially on the subject.
With many thanks for the attention and trouble you have given to and taken in this matter.

Noi S. A. Zola G\ Maestro della G\ L\ d'Egitto, Considerando lo zelo veramente massonico con cui I'Ill\ F\ Raph. Borg, Luogotenente G\ M\ d'Inghilterra; Considerando le belle e rare qualita massoniche che adornano il sullodato Fratello;
Volendo offrire alla Gr\ Log\d'Inghilterra una prova non dubbia di fraterna stima e di alta considerazione; Inteso il parere della nostra G Loggia;
Abbiamo decretato e decretiamo:
Art. 1 L'Ill\ e Pot\ Fr\ Raph. Borg, Luogotenente Gr\ Maestro Prov\ per la Gr\ Loggia d'Inghilterra in Egitto, viene nominato, eletto e proclamato Gran Maestro Onorario della Gran Loggia d'Egitto.
